Canopy door

There are five different types of operating mechanism that we can offer, as well as the option of remote controlled doors.

The Canopy door operates in vertical tracks on the doors side frame, and when open fully forms a canopy of about one third of the doors height above the opening.

All Garador's canopy gear meets the latest British & European safety standards, and features: Anti drop safety device & easy to adjust tension.

Retractable plus operating gear, which improves drive through width, is supplied as standard on all retractable doors, up to and including 2284mm (7'6") wide purchased from this web site.

The Side-hinged door may be the answer if you have obstructions within the garage, if you want a more traditional look or simply use the garage for personal access only. Side-hinged doors are available only in steel and have a 50:50 split.

Sectional door

The Sectional door opens vertically, guided by fixed vertical and horizontal tracks. The advantage of having no swing out when opening or closing the door, allows close parking both inside and outside the garage, and gives maximum drive through width and height, ideal for 4x4's or people carriers. The sectional door also has insulated options and all round sealing, preventing dirt and draught ingress.

The Roller door opens vertically to allow close parking inside and outside the garage, and offers maximum drive through width and height. Another advantage is that the door rolls up above the opening of the garage and therefore has no tracks going back in to the garage allowing the roof space to be used for storage.

The Gliderol Single skin steel roller door is manufactured from galvanised steel and then coated in a low maintenance plastisol finish in a range of colours. The insulated roller door is manufactured from aluminium, with an insulating foam filled core, and then powder coated in a range of attractive colours for a low maintenance finish.
